Josey Miano joined Mosaic Salons in May 2007. "I absolutely love it! It is the most unique and professional salon I have had the pleasure of being a part of. Although there is privacy when you are with your clients, every stylist is willing to help you when needed!" Josey has been a Paul Mitchell Systems educator since 1991 and uses the products exclusively.

"Color is approximately 85% of my business. I am constantly receiving training and certification in new techniques in the latest color trends. I have done hair shows across the country working with some of the best in the business. After owning my own salon in another state for 5-years, I have worked in the Matthews area for the past 20-years.

Color is my true passion. I have also been published in Carolina Bride magazine for wedding hair styles. It seems that I am doing more and more special occassion hair, where I can REALLY be creative.

I am very proud to be a part of this salon. It took me 27-years to find it, but I know this is where I am supposed to be.
